Delete Your Account

We respect your right to control your data. If you decide to delete your account, all of your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems. This page explains what gets deleted and how to do it.

This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your prayers, testimonies, plans, and all personal data cannot be recovered.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following is permanently removed within 30 days:

Your account and login credentials
All prayers you have written
All testimony records
All prayer plans and weekly focus entries
Journey updates — words from God, scriptures, visions, confirmations
Prayer partner associations
Streak data and prayer activity history
App settings and preferences
Any anonymous prayer requests posted to Intercede

If you are using the app as a guest (no account), your data is stored on your device only. Simply uninstalling the app removes all your data — no account deletion needed.

How to delete your account in the app

Open My Prayer App on your device
Tap the More tab at the bottom of the screen
Tap Account Settings
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
Confirm your decision when prompted

Your account and all data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Can't access the app?

If you can't access the app to delete your account, contact us directly and we'll process your request within 30 days.

Request deletion by email

Send us an email from the address associated with your account confirming you want your account and all data permanently deleted.
